Generous, light-filled interiors play out a mix of old-world Parisian charm that meets the streamlined elegance of a luxury superyacht. The home comprises two open-plan levels that emerge from the mountainside and extend towards the ocean, with rooms seamlessly flowing into each other, decorated in a palette of seafoam white and blonde timber with furniture pieces from Minotti, Fendi Casa, and Poliform.

The upper level features a spacious living room, wine cellar, dining room with a spectacular Murano glass chandelier, and kitchen finished with oversized marble slab counters and an island. The kitchen (with scullery and cold room) is also fitted with doubles of all amenities, making for easy in-villa entertaining and private cheffing.

The lower level, accessed via stairs and an elevator, contains the three hotel-style bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom (the master suite has a his and her bathroom) and all bedrooms have televisions, air conditioning, and security shutters. You’ll also find the home cinema, games room, study, and kitchenette on this level.

All rooms have direct access to the sun-drenched patio and heated pool, with sun loungers, an alfresco lounge area, barbecue, and bar fridges, which leads you down to the white sand and crystal-blue waters of Clifton Beach.

Mint Garnet comes with one underground parking bay and two visitors’ bays. The apartment is equipped with backup power from an inverter, ensuring that load-shedding blackouts will not affect your stay.
