Villa Elysian
Description
Nestled on the biodiverse foothills of Table Mountain, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is Villa Elysian. Located in Llandudno – a seaside suburb of Cape Town, renowned for it’s beaches, this two-volume property boasts impressive views of crystal seas and sweeping mountain ranges. Drawing inspiration from minimalist design. The exterior of Villa Elysian integrates striking concrete panels with large glass windows and muted wooden finishes. A statement stone water feature, lined with pristine grass, envelopes the back of the property, providing extra privacy and a tranquil atmosphere.
Moving indoors, the villa’s open-plan interior is an extension of its stark architectural design, featuring screed concrete floors and crisp modern furnishings, softened by wooden accents. Ocean views can be enjoyed across both levels of the properties’ light-filled interior, which is expertly furnished by Poltrona Frau, Italian Luxury brand and paired with a careful selection of contemporary South African artworks.
This magnificent villa can accommodate up to eight guests and consists of four ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private cinema, a wine cellar, an outdoor entertainment area and a lap pool. Alternatively, guests can venture outside to make the most of nearby attractions, including Hout Bay Harbour, Chapman’s Peak, Clifton Beach or the Cape Town City Centre, which are all within a 30-minute drive from the Villa.
